Impressionism

The art movement Impressionism started in Europe, in the middle of the 19th century and represented a rupture with tradition. In this new art, the object was no longer important but was replaced by the expression of sensation through light and color. The most famous Impressionist painting is considered to be Impression, Sunrise by Claude Monet.
